A Future Design and Assessment of Water-Energy-Food-Environment Mega-Systems (DAMS) Guide for Engaging Stakeholders in Water-Energy-Food-Environment Systems Assessment and Planning

This guide provides a series of steps and principles for conducting stakeholder engagement in decision-making around water-energy-food-environment (WEFE) interventions. It involves a five-step process; (a) foresight development needs, (b) determines projects that meet development needs, (c) participatory stakeholder modeling exercise, (d) options assessment, and (e) recommendation report; that can be run alongside multi-criteria assessment and design of natural-human systems like river basins.
