The webinar will present policy recommendations for a resource-efficient and low-carbon Europe. The webinar is part of SIM4NEXUS (Sustainable integrated management for the nexus of water-energy-food-land-climate for a resource-efficient Europe, www.sim4nexus.eu), funded under Horizon 2020. The webinar will include discussion, questions and answers based on statements by Floor Brouwer (Wageningen Research), Maria Witmer (PBL Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency), Ingrida Bremere & Daina Indriksone (Baltic Environmental Forum – Latvia), Ben Ward (South West Water), Stefania Munaretto (KWR Water Research Institute). Feedback is foreseen from EEA (Lorenzo Benini) and JRC (speaker to be confirmed).
