Willie Ofosu is a Professor of Engineering in the University College of Pennsylvania State University. His interest in globalization and technology transfer has led to supporting Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and University of Education—Kumasi Campus, both in Ghana. His research interests include characterization of the radio space, WiMAX applications, powerline communications, and projects on, and sustainability of food, energy, and water in developing nations.
