Mrs Elina Teodol is a junior lecturer at the Namibia University of Science and Technology lecturing in Building Construction and Property Maintenance. She is also professional and sworn valuer with 12 years experiences in specialized, residential and commercial valuations for insurance, accounting, commercialization and or privatization, and uses extensive knowledge to develop accurate supported valuation. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Spatial Science (Property Studies) at Namibia University of Science and Technology. Thesis titled: “The assessment of Communal Land Acquisition and Valuation processes for compensation purposes in Namibia”. She is exceptional at working in the field communicating with clients and organizing data. Unwaveringly adapts to and incorporates the newest technology and real estate valuation standards.
