The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Africa Office/Energy Unit, and Global Programme of Action for the Protection of the Marine Environment from Land-Based Activities are pleased to invite you to the concluding event of a series of webinars on the Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus.
These webinars aimed at providing a throughout understanding of why implementing the WEF is essential for human well-being, poverty alleviation, and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The first three webinars took place in March, April and May 2020 and focused respectively on energy, water and food. This upcoming event will provide the audience with the opportunity to engage in a final discussion with the experts, some of them who joined the previous webinars, regarding the WEF Nexus.
