Olufunke Ezekiel is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Technology, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria, from where she obtained her BSc, MSc and PhD degrees respectively. Her area of research interest is in food processing and food biotechnology. She has got some educative papers in reputable national and international peer reviewed journals. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Institute of Food Technologists, America.
